We process orders within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

All orders shipped to US addresses using the FREE shipping option will take an additional 2-7 business days.

All orders shipped via Express options will be calculated at checkout and take an additional business day.

We design the artwork and digital piece cut templates in-house. The puzzle image gets printed directly onto the wood. Our laser cutters are then programmed to follow the design and create the intricate cuts in our wooden jigsaw puzzles. With our proprietary techniques we're able to cut the puzzle without any flashback (burn mark residue) on either side of the puzzle. This makes the wood and image clean after cutting. After the puzzle is cut it goes through an inspection process and is boxed up and shipped out.

Currently Fathom Puzzles does not have a retail location open to the public. We are only accepting online orders as of now.

If you feel that the puzzle you have is too difficult to enjoy, please send us a message down below for help. We can attempt to give you a solution or if you'd rather exchange the puzzle, we can switch it out for something easier.

As of now, we only sell puzzles that are in stock and ready to ship.
