Order Processing

  • We ship from Barnard, Vermont (05031)
  • We process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details and tracking number. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us at info@FathomPuzzles.com for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@FathomPuzzles.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, we will refund the original order and ask that you re-submit your order.

Delivery Standards

  • Currently we only ship to the US. Other destinations will be added soon.
  • All orders shipped to US addresses using the FREE shipping option will take 2-7 business days (not including order processing times)
  • All orders shipped via Express options will be calculated at checkout and take 1 business day (not including order processing times)
  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
